Ingredients

  • All purpose flour - 4 cups
  • Besan - 1 cup
  • Sugar (powdered) - 1.5 cups
  • Ghee - 1 cup
  • Oil - 1 cup
  • Baking powder - 1 tsp
  • Green Cardamom powder - 3-4 tsps
  • How to Make Indian Nankhatai:

    1. Pre-heat the oven.
    2. Mix the flour, besan, sugar, green cardamom, baking powder and sieve.
    3. Knead the mixture with ghee and oil.
    4. Bake at 150 degrees for about 10-12 minutes or until it turns slightly pinkish.
