Ingredients

  • All purpose flour - 4 cups
  • Besan - 1 cup
  • Sugar (powdered) - 1.5 cups
  • Ghee - 1 cup
  • Oil - 1 cup
  • Baking powder - 1 tsp
  • Green Cardamom powder - 3-4 tsps

How to Make Indian Nankhatai

  • Pre-heat the oven.
  • Mix the flour, besan, sugar, green cardamom, baking powder and sieve.
  • Knead the mixture with ghee and oil.
  • Bake at 150 degrees for about 10-12 minutes or until it turns slightly pinkish.
