Ingredients

  • 1 cup - Green peas
  • 2 cups - Cauliflower florets
  • 2 tbsp - oil
  • 1 tsp - Cumin seeds
  • 3 - Green chillies chopped
  • 1/2 tsp - Mustard Seeds
  • 4 or 5 Curry leaves
  • 1/2 tsp - Turmeric powder
  • Salt to taste
  • How to Make Indian Peas And Cauliflower:

    1. Heat oil in a pan and add the mustard seeds.
    2. When they begin to crackle, add cumin seeds, green chillies and curry leaves and fry for about one minute.
    3. Mix in the peas and cauliflower.
    4. Add the turmeric powder and salt and mix well.
    5. Add 1/2 glass of water and cook over low heat till the peas and cauliflower are cooked.
    6. Serve it as a side dish.
