  • 1/2 packet (225g) - Pasta
  • 2 cups - vegetables (onion, cabbage, carrot, capsicum, tomato)
  • Salt
  • 2 tbsps - oil
  • Chilli powder, as per taste
  • 3/4 tsp - Chole masala or pav bhaji masala
  • 1 tbsp - fresh Parmesan cheese
  • Coriander leaves, to garnish
  • How to Make Indian style vegetable pasta:

    1. Cook pasta according to directions on the back of the packet.
    2. Heat oil in a pan and fry chopped vegetables until they are almost cooked but slightly crunchy.
    3. Add chilli powder, salt and chole masala.
    4. Add cooked pasta and toss well.
    5. Garnish with coriander leaves.
    6. Sprinkle some parmesan cheese.
