Ingredients

  • 200 g - sweet Corn - (boiled)
  • 1 - Potato (boiled)
  • 1 - onions, medium (fine chopped)
  • 1 - tomato, medium (fine chopped)
  • 2 tbsp - coriander (fine chopped)
  • 1 tsp - chaat masala
  • 1 tsp - Red Chilli powder
  • salt to taste
  • 3 tbsp - sev
  • 1 tsp - oil
  • 1/2 tbsp - Lemon juice
  • 1 cup - water

How to Make Indian Sweet Corn Chaat

  • Heat pan on gas.
  • Add a teaspoonful of oil.
  • Fry chopped onion till it turns golden brown.
  • Add chopped tomatoes and cook for 2 minutes.
  • Add diced, boiled potato and cook for another 2 minutes.
  • Add boiled corn kernels, cook for 1 minutes.
  • Add red chilli powder, chaat masala and salt to taste.
  • Add lemon juice and 1 cup of water in pan and cook with the lid closed for another 5 minutes.
