How to Make Indian Tadka

  • Heat oil in a pan.
  • Add mustard oil and curry leaves.
  • Once the mustard oil is heated, add chopped onion and capsicum.
  • Now add the tomato paste till the capsicum and onions are soft.
  • Add red chilli, salt and turmeric powder to the masala.
  • Leave it to simmer until it starts to release oil.
  • Add one tbsp of curd into a pan.
  • Soak bread in some water, then rinse it and crush it into small pieces.
  • Finally, add bread pieces and coriander leaves to masala.
  • Mix it well.
  • Leave it to simmer for 2 minutes.
