Ingredients

  • 3 cups Flour
  • 350ml (approx) - Plain Soda Water
  • 2 tsp Salt

How to Make Instant Baturas

  • Mix flour and salt.
  • Knead into a soft dough with soda water.
  • Roll into large lemon sized balls.
  • Roll out each ball into an oval shape using a few drops of oil on each side to prevent from sticking.
  • Deep fry and see it swell up into bhaturas.
