  • 1 cup - cornmeal
  • 1/2 cup - rolled oats
  • 1 cup - thick Curd
  • 1/4 cup - grated Carrots
  • 1/4 cup - grated Potatoes
  • 1/4 cup - frozen Green peas
  • 1 tsp - Cumin seeds
  • Salt
  • How to Make Instant Cornmeal and Oats Dosai:

    1. Saute the frozen green peas in a non-stick pan, until they are half cooked
    2. Mix the cornmeal, rolled oats, grated carrots, grated potatoes, half cooked green peas, cumin seeds, curd with enough salt and water to get a thick dosa batter. Keep aside for half an hour.
    3. Heat a non-stick pan, pour a ladle of this dosa batter, drizzle oil and cook on both sides until they get well cooked
