Ingredients

  • Mushrooms - 1 pack
  • Broccoli - 200 gm
  • Bell pepper - 2
  • Tomato - 1
  • Onions - 2
  • Green chillies - 8
  • Ginger and Garlic paste -1 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Turmeric - 1/2 tsp
  • Chilli powder - 1/2 tsp
  • For Tempering:
  • Mustard Seeds - 1/2 tsp
  • Cumin seeds - 1/2 tsp
  • How to Make Instant Mixed Curry:

    1. Cut the mushrooms, broccoli and bell pepper into small pieces.
    2. Heat oil in a deep pan and splutter mustard and cumin seeds.
    3. Add onions, green chillies, ginger and garlic paste, turmeric, red chilli powder, bell pepper, broccoli, mushrooms, tomatoes, and salt and saute in regular intervals.
    4. Keep on stove, covered, for about 10 mins in medium flame.
    5. Once it is cooked, sprinkle freshly cut coriander and serve.
