Ingredients

  • Mushrooms - 1 pack
  • Broccoli - 200 gm
  • Bell pepper - 2
  • Tomato - 1
  • Onions - 2
  • Green chillies - 8
  • Ginger and garlic paste -1 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Turmeric - 1/2 tsp
  • Chilli powder - 1/2 tsp
  • For Tempering:
  • Mustard seeds - 1/2 tsp
  • Cumin seeds - 1/2 tsp

How to Make Instant Mixed Curry

  • Cut the mushrooms, broccoli and bell pepper into small pieces.
  • Heat oil in a deep pan and splutter mustard and cumin seeds.
  • Add onions, green chillies, ginger and garlic paste, turmeric, red chilli powder, bell pepper, broccoli, mushrooms, tomatoes, and salt and saute in regular intervals.
  • Keep on stove, covered, for about 10 mins in medium flame.
  • Once it is cooked, sprinkle freshly cut coriander and serve.
