  • Vannila Essence 2 drops
  • Caramalised Sugar 3 tbsp

How to Make Instant pudding

  • Beat egg well in a mixer.
  • Add sugar and beat again.
  • Add to this milk and vanilla essence.
  • Caramalise sugar and pour into a well-greased bowl.
  • Pour milk.
  • Cook in a pressure cooker without weight for 20 minutes.
  • Once done, chill for two hours and serve.
