  • 1 cup wheat flour
  • Sugar (1/4 to 1/2 cup)
  • Cardamom powder 1 pinch (optional)
  • 2 tbsp coconut (optional)
  • Ghee
  • Water

How to Make Instant Sweet Dosas

  • Mix flour, sugar, coconut and cardamom.
  • Add enough water to make batter of thick dosa consistency.
  • On a flat griddle or tava, cook small dosas over a tsp of ghee.
  • Serve hot.
