Ingredients

  • Saffron few flakes
  • 3 tsp - Fennel seeds
  • 31 tsp - Black Pepper
  • 12 - Almonds
  • 12 - Cardamoms
  • 1 cup - Sugar
  • 2 glasses - Chilled Milk
  • 2 drops - Rose Essence
  • How to Make Instant Thandai:

    1. Mix items 1 to 5 and grind them in a grinder (coffee grinder) until it becomes powder.
    2. Transfer the powder into the mixer.
    3. Add sugar and 1/4 cup milk in the mixer.
    4. Run the mixer until powder becomes paste.
    5. Add the remaining milk, rose essence and run the mixer for 30 seconds.
    6. Thandai is ready for use
