Ingredients

  • Til - 250 g
  • Besan - 1 tsp
  • Milk powder - 1 cup
  • Condensed Milk - 1 tin
  • Dry Coconut in thin slices - 15 pieces
  • Ghee - 2 tbsp

How to Make Instant Til Bhugga In Microwave

  • Dry roast, til and besan flour separately and keep aside.
  • Powder til after saving 2 tbsp whole til.
  • Take a bowl and put til, besan, milk powder, condensed milk and ghee. Mix well in one direction.
  • Keep it in the microwave for 7 mins.
  • Take out and mix again in the same direction.
  • Keep it back in the oven for another 7 mins.
  • Take out and mix thoroughly.
  • Put the mixture in a greased thali and spread evenly.
  • Decorate with coconut slices and til.
  • When set, cut into pieces and serve.
