Heat oil in a pan, fry the cumin seeds, cinnamon stick, cloves, cardamom till they turn brown.
Meanwhile mix the curd, besan flour, coriander powder, amchoor powder, chilli powder, turmeric powder, garam masala powder, chaat masala and salt with a cup of water, and keep aside.
Add the asafoetida powder and green chillies to the fried spices and fry until the chillies get well fried
Now add the prepared curd mixture and cook till its starts boiling, add the already cooked channa to the cooking gravy, add water simmer for 15 mins, finally add the chopped coriander leaves and serve hot
