  • Maida - 2 cups
  • Cumin seeds - 3 tbsp
  • Ginger paste - 1 tsp
  • Chilli powder - 1 tsp
  • Butter - 2 tbsp
  • Curry powder - 1 tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil for frying
  • How to Make Jeera Chips:

    1. Mix maida, chilli powder, cumin seeds (pounded lightly), ginger paste, butter and salt.
    2. Make a soft dough with a little warm water.
    3. Keep aside for 10 minutes.
    4. Roll the dough into a big chapatti with a dash of dry flour.
    5. Cut into diamond shaped pieces and deep fry in the oil till it turns golden brown.
    6. Drain out the oil and sprinkle curry powder and salt.
    7. Cool it and store in an airtight container.
