How to Make

  • Heat oil or ghee in a kadai.
  • Add black cumin and when it splutters, add chilli and curry leaves.
  • Fry for few seconds. Lower the heat, add rice and salt, and mix gently.
  • Sprinkle a handful of water and keep covered on low flame for 2-3 minutes.
  • Serve.
