Ingredients

  • 340 g - fresh or frozen shrimps or Prawns
  • 4 tbsp - Ghee
  • 1/2 - onion, finely chopped
  • 1 inch - fresh Ginger
  • 1 to 2 tsp - Garlic puree
  • 1/2 - red Capsicum in thin strips
  • 1 tbsp - whole cumin seeds, while
  • 1 tsp - Turmeric
  • Salt and pepper
  • How to Make Jeera Prawn:

    1. In a pan, heat ghee.
    2. Fry the cumin, add onion, ginger and garlic to it.
    3. When it gets well cooked, lower the heat, add the turmeric and capsicum.
    4. Stir fry until the capsicums have softened but make sure it retains its colour.
    5. Then turn up the heat, add the prawns and coriander, and stir fry for about 5 minutes.
    6. Serve at once.
