  • 2 cups boiling fish stock
  • 2 tbsp gelatin
  • 2 cups boiled Tuna
  • 1/4 cup chopped Capsicum
  • 1/4 cup boiled peas
  • 1 cup grated Carrots
  • Salt as per taste
  • 1/4 tsp pepper powder
  • 2 tbsp Lemon juice
  • 2 cups mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup chopped Celery
  • 1/8 tsp Onion powder
  • 1/4 cup Cream

How to Make Jellied Salad

  • Dissolve gelatin in boiling stock .
  • Add lemon juice, salt and pepper.
  • Allow it to cool.
  • Mix together mayonnaise, cream, onion powder and celery.
  • Add tuna to it and mix well.
  • In the cooled mixture, add capsicum, peas and carrots.
  • Pour 1/4 of gelatin in the mould.
  • Put tuna mixture in the center of the spread gelatin.
  • Pour the remaining gelatin over it.
  • Chill untill firm.
  • Unmould the salad in the dish.
  • Garnish with desired chopped vegetables.
