Ingredients

  • 1 packet Strawberry jelly
  • 1 cup - Cream
  • 5 glace Cherries
  • 2 cups - mixed fruit, chopped (pineapple, pears, grapes, etc.).

How to Make Jelly fruit salad

  • Make jelly as per instructions but with ½ the water. Cool.
  • Hold the pot over ice cubes and whisk vigorously till frothy. Continue till it is cold.
  • Add cream and fold in without churning so cream does not curdle.
  • Arrange fruit in a bowl.
  • Pour frost over and set in the fridge. Decorate with cherry slices before serving chilled.
