Ingredients

  • Karela - 2 cups, Cut in medium size pieces.
  • Onions - Same amount as karela.
  • Oil - 2 tbsp.
  • Salt - As per taste.
  • Fenugreek seeds - 5-6.
  • How to Make Jhatpat Karela Sabji:

    1. Mix karela and onions together in a bowl and keep aside.
    2. Add oil in a frying pan.
    3. Add fenugreek seeds, fry till dark brown.
    4. Add the karela-onion mixture to it.
    5. Add salt and cover with lid.
    6. Cook till it gets tender.
