Ingredients

  • Karela - 2 cups, Cut in medium size pieces.
  • Onions - Same amount as karela.
  • Oil - 2 tbsp.
  • Salt - As per taste.
  • Fenugreek seeds - 5-6.

How to Make Jhatpat Karela Sabji

  • Mix karela and onions together in a bowl and keep aside.
  • Add oil in a frying pan.
  • Add fenugreek seeds, fry till dark brown.
  • Add the karela-onion mixture to it.
  • Add salt and cover with lid.
  • Cook till it gets tender.
