Ingredients

  • 200 g - Cottage cheese (paneer)
  • 3 - tomatoes, big
  • 2 - Onions
  • 1 tbsp - ginger-garlic paste
  • 1 tsp - Jeera
  • 2 tbsp - oil
  • 1 tsp - ginger, long strips
  • 1/2 tsp - Garam Masala
  • 10 to 12 - Green chillies
  • 3 - Dried red chillies
  • Some chopped green Coriander leaves
  • Salt to taste
  • How to Make Jodhpuri Mirch paneer:

    1. Chop onions. Slit whole green chillies.
    2. Soak and make paste of red dry chillies.
    3. Heat oil.
    4. Put jeera and fry onions till they turn light brown.
    5. Add garlic-ginger paste, chopped ginger, red chilli paste, tomatoes and whole green chillies.
    6. Fry till masala leaves the sides of the pan.
    7. Add salt and garam masala.
    8. Put the paneer and cook for 2-3 mins and serve.
