  • 1 kg - mutton
  • 10-15 - dried whole red chillies
  • 150-200 g - desi ghee
  • Salt to taste

How to Make Junglee Gosht

  • Cut mutton into small pieces.
  • Thoroughly wash mutton pieces and allow it to dry.
  • Take a kadai, add ghee and heat it on medium flame.
  • Put red chillies and saute for a few seconds.
  • Add mutton pieces and salt.
  • Cover vessel with a lid and allow it to simmer until mutton is cooked.
  • Serve it dry with dinner bread.
