  • 1 kg - Mutton
  • 10-15 - dried whole Red Chillies
  • 150-200 g - desi Ghee
  • Salt to taste
  • How to Make Junglee Gosht:

    1. Cut mutton into small pieces.
    2. Thoroughly wash mutton pieces and allow it to dry.
    3. Take a kadai, add ghee and heat it on medium flame.
    4. Put red chillies and saute for a few seconds.
    5. Add mutton pieces and salt.
    6. Cover vessel with a lid and allow it to simmer until mutton is cooked.
    7. Serve it dry with dinner bread.
