  • 2 - Egg
  • 2.5 cups or 20 oz - whole Milk
  • 1 can - sweetened condensed Milk
  • 1/2 tsp - pepper powder
  • 1/4 tsp - Cardamom powder (elaichi)
  • How to Make Junnu:

    1. In a bowl, beat 2 eggs with a hand mixer or with a fork.
    2. Now, add milk, pepper powder, and cardamom powder to the egg mixture and beat for 1 more minute.
    3. Finally, add the condensed milk to the egg mixture and beat for 2 more minutes.
    4. Now pour 1.5 cups of water in a pressure cooker and place this bowl in it, covered with a lid.
    5. Cook for 45 to 50 minutes over a medium flame without whistle.
    6. The junnu is ready.
    7. Tastes good if refrigerated for 5-8 hours.
