How to Make Kadalebele (Channa dal) Chutney

  • Heat oil in a pan.
  • Add hing, methi powder, green chillies and curry leaves.
  • Fry for 30 seconds.
  • Add channa dal, peanuts and fry until the channa dal browns.
  • Add coconut powder and fry for 30 seconds.
  • Cool and grind with salt, tamarind and water.
  • Serve with dosas or idlis.
