Ingredients

  • Red Chilli - 6 or7
  • Salt -to taste
  • For seasoning:
  • Mustard Seeds - 1 teaspoon
  • Urad Dal - 1tsp
  • Curry leaves - (little)
  • Hing -1/4 tsp
  • Oil -3 tsp
  • How to Make Kadamba Chutney:

    1. Pour oil into a frying pan, when oil becomes hot put seasoning, salt and red chillies.
    2. Let it fry for few minutes.
    3. Allow it to cool.
    4. Grind it in the blender.
    5. It goes well with idli, dosa, even rice and chappati.
