Ingredients

  • 1 cup - Prepared Ghaat (maize porridge)
  • 1 cup - Fresh non sour curds
  • 1 - Onion, finely chopped
  • 1 tsp - coriander leaves, finely chopped
  • 1/4 tsp - Cumin seed powder
  • 1/4 tsp - Red Chilli powder
  • 1 tbsp - Corn flakes cereal

How to Make Kadba

  • Chill Ghaat well before proceeding further.
  • Put Ghaat in a large bowl.
  • Beat curd and add to Ghaat.
  • Add all other ingredients.
  • Mix with spoon to blend ingredients well.
  • Chill again and garnish with more coriander if desired.
  • Sprinkle coarsely crumbled cornflakes on top.
  • Serve chilled as a chilled summer lunch, light and wholesome.
