  • 2-3 - Carrots big, Orange and juicy
  • 1 cup - Sugar
  • 1.5 cup - Milk
  • Some elaichi powder
  • Kaju for garnishing
  • How to Make Kaju Carrot Kheer:

    1. Wash and peel the skin of the carrots.
    2. Cut it into small pieces and boil them till they becomes soft.
    3. Grind these pieces with milk and 2 tsp water after draining the excess water. Then add sugar.
    4. Once it acquires a smooth consistency, add the elachi powder and grind once again for a minute.
    5. Cool for an hour in the fridge and add the kaju pieces just before serving.
