How to Make Kanthal Kofta

  • Cook jackfruit with salt and turmeric powder.
  • Mash it and add all the ingredients for the kofta, and make small balls.
  • Fry it till golden brown.
  • Heat a pan, and add oil.
  • Add whole garam masalas and bay leaves into it.
  • Now add all masalas and fry it till oil separates from masalas.
  • Add water and once it boils, add the koftas and cook it on a very low flame for 10 mins.
  • Finally, add fresh cream and remove from heat.
  • Serve hot.
