How to Make Karela Chutney Powder

  • Chop the karela into very small pieces.
  • Deep fry the pieces in oil.
  • Keep it aside
  • Powder the copra, red chillies and tamarind.
  • Add salt and the fried bitter gourd pieces.
  • Serve with idli and ghee.
  • This powder lasts for about 1-2 weeks.
