  • Karela - 1
  • Onion - 1 finely chopped
  • Cucumber - 1 finely chopped
  • 1 - green chilli, finely chopped
  • 1. 5 cups - curds
  • Salt

How to Make Karela Cucumber Raita

  • Chop the bitter gourd finely.
  • Fry the karela in a little oil till crispy and dark brown in colour.
  • Take a bowl, add onions, cucumber, chilli, salt and the curds.
  • Add the fried karela pieces just before serving.
