How to Make Kath Alu Pitika

  • Boil kath alu.
  • Cut and add spinach (Paleng) leaves, spring onion (Piyaaz Paat), crushed garlic pods, salt, mustard oil and mash with your fingers. Mix well.
  • Serve with hot rice.
