Ingredients

  • Black sweet Rice - 1 cup
  • Sugar - 2 cups
  • Ghee - 4 tbsp
  • How to Make Kavunarusi:

    1. Soak the rice in water overnight.
    2. Cook the rice in 3 cups of water in a cooker for 5 whistles. Drain excess water.
    3. To the cooked rice, add sugar, ghee and mix well.
