Ingredients

  • 6 Rajali bananas, peeled and chopped
  • 2 cups - flour (maida)
  • 1/4 cup - Sugar
  • 1 tsp - Cardamom powder
  • Ghee as needed
  • A little oil

How to Make Kele ki mithi poli

  • Sieve and knead the flour by adding a little oil and water and make into a stiff dough. Reserve.
  • Cook the bananas on a low fire, adding a little ghee and sugar.
  • Cook till the sugar dissolves and the mixture is solid.
  • Make this filling and the dough into equal number of balls.
  • Roll each dough ball into a small 10 cm. puri.
  • Put one ball of the banana mixture.
  • Close the edges and remake it into a thin chapati.
  • Fry on both sides on a greased tawa.
  • Smear ghee on both sides.
  • Serve hot or cold.
