Ingredients

  • 1 medium tothapuri mango raw (any other variety which is sweet and sour)
  • 1 large onion
  • 2 small tender cucumbers
  • 1 tsp - fresh coriander finely chopped
  • 1/2 tsp- cumin powder
  • 1/4 tsp - red chilli powder
  • salt to taste
  • 1 pinch asafoetida
  • 2 pinches black salt powdered

How to Make Keri Kanda Kakdi Salad

  • Chop mango, onion, cucumber very fine.
  • Mix all in a large salad bowl along with other ingredients.
  • Chill for 20 minutes before serving.
