Ingredients

  • 1 medium tothapuri Mango raw (any other variety which is sweet and sour)
  • 1 large Onion
  • 2 small tender Cucumbers
  • 1 tsp - fresh coriander finely chopped
  • 1/2 tsp- cumin powder
  • 1/4 tsp - Red Chilli powder
  • salt to taste
  • 1 pinch Asafoetida
  • 2 pinches black salt powdered
  • How to Make Keri Kanda Kakdi Salad:

    1. Chop mango, onion, cucumber very fine.
    2. Mix all in a large salad bowl along with other ingredients.
    3. Chill for 20 minutes before serving.
