How to Make Kesari Bath

  • Heat ghee in a pan, add rava, stir and roast on low till a nice aroma is obtained.
  • Add water, milk, sugar, orange colour and cardamom powder to a vessel and bring it to a boil.
  • Add the roasted rava little by little to the water, stirring continuously.
  • Add 1 tbsp of chopped pistas and badams, cover and simmer till ghee separates.
  • Fry raisins and 1 tbsp pista, and badams in 1 tbsp of ghee and garnish the kesari bath.
  • Place hot kesari bath mix on a greased plate, roll it with a rolling pin and cut into squares.
