Ingredients

  • 6 - Potatoes
  • 2 lb - Chicken
  • 6 - onions, chopped
  • 4 - Tomatoes chopped
  • 6 - Green chillies
  • 2 tbsp - garlic, chopped fine
  • 2 tbsp - ginger, chopped fine
  • 12 - peppercorns
  • 8 - Cloves
  • 6 - dry Red Chillies
  • 2 inch piece - Cinnamon stick
  • Oil to cook
  • Salt to taste
  • How to Make Khada Masala Chicken:

    1. Add 1/2 cup of hot water and grind again and extract the thin milk. This will be the 3rd milk.
