Ingredients

  • 4 cups - Maida flour
  • 1 cup - Wheat flour
  • 1 cup - rava four
  • 1 cup -besan flour
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tsp - baking soda| | 1/2 cup - whole Dhania
  • 1/4 cup - black pepper
  • 1 cup - variyari
  • 1/2 cup - Jeera
  • 2 tsp - Red Chilli powder
  • 1 tsp - Garlic paste
  • 1 tsp - Ginger paste
  • 1/4 cup - vegetable oil
  • Turmeric paste and yogurt for garnishing

How to Make Khasta Kachori

  • Take frying oil in a pan.
  • Mix whole dhania, black pepper, variyari, jeera, red chilli powder and add salt to taste.
  • Fry for a few minutes in oil.
  • Grind mixture in grinder to make powder.
  • Mix powder and ginger-garlic paste with all the flour.
  • Add 1/4 cup oil and baking soda with a little water at a time to make dough.
  • Keep dough for 15 minutes and then make small round balls.
  • Fry thick kachoris with oil on stove just like puris.
  • When kachoris have cooled, add turmeric paste and yogurt on top.
  • Sprinkle red chilli powder and serve.
