Ingredients

  • 12 breasts - Chicken
  • 1 cup - Yoghurt
  • 3 tbsp - Ginger paste
  • 3 tbsp - Garlic paste
  • 200 gms - Onion
  • 2 Capsicum (medium size)
  • 5 Green chillies
  • 1.5 tsp - Black cumin seeds
  • 1 tsp - white pepper powder
  • 3 tbsp - Almond paste
  • 2 tbsp - Lemon juice
  • 4 tbsp - white Butter
  • 1 tsp - Saffron
  • 1 tbsp - Milk
  • 10 Mint leaves
  • salt to taste
  • How to Make Khuroosh-E-Tursh:

    1. Stir in the thin[3rd]coconut milk and salt and cook on low flame.
