Ingredients

  • 10 - king prawns
  • For the garlic chilli paste:
  • 4 tbsp - oil
  • 2 - cloves garlic
  • 2 - chilli, finely chopped
  • 1 tsp - chilli powder

How to Make King Prawns with Chilli and Garlic

  • Pre-heat oven to 220 C.
  • Mix all ingredients for the garlic chilli mix and set aside.
  • Place the prawns in the dish.
  • Brush with garlic-chilli mix.
  • Pour any remaining liquid over the prawns.
  • Cook in an oven until prawns turn pink.
  • Serve immediately with toasted bread.
