  • 1/2 lt - Freshly brewed coffee
  • 5 tbsp - Whipped Cream
  • 1 tbsp - Sugar
  • 150 gms - Red cocktail Cherries
  • 200 ml - Single Cream

How to Make Kirsch Coffee

  • Strain the cherries and combine with the single cream and sugar in a processor.
  • Add the coffee and blend well.
  • Pour into large mugs and top with chipped cream.
