  • 900g kiwi fruit
  • 1/2 lemon
  • 1 juice orange
  • 40g sugarfree powder

How to Make Kiwi fruit sorbet

  • Squeeze the half lemon and the orange.
  • Pour the juice into a salad bowl.
  • Peel the kiwi fruit and reduce into a smooth puree in the blender.
  • Add the sugarfree powder and mix thoroughly then pour mixture into the ice cream churn. Freeze.
  • Serve the sorbet with thin slices of orange, with a passion fruit puree or with a selection of fruits when in season.
  • Can be eaten with biscuits.
