  • 200 gms - thick whipped Curd
  • 2 tsp - Sugar syrup
  • 8-10 pieces - kiwi, peeled and cut into circles
  • For tempering:
  • 2 tsp - Olive oil
  • 1 tsp - Mustard Seeds
  • Few curry leaves, optional

How to Make Kiwi Raita with Mustard Tempering

  • Add the sugar syrup to the whipped curd and place in a serving bowl.
  • Place the kiwi slices.
  • For the tempering:
  • Heat the oil and add the mustard seeds and the curry leaves and allow to splutter.
  • Pour the tempering over the prepared dahi and serve.
