  • 1 - knolkhol, grated
  • 1 - carrot, grated
  • 4 tbsp - besan
  • 2 tbsp - coconut powder
  • 3 - green chillies, finely chopped
  • Coriander leaves
  • Salt
  • Oil
  • 1 cup - idli batter

How to Make Knolkhol Pakora

  • Mix all the ingredients with leftover idli mix (batter).
  • Do not add water.
  • The consistency of the dough must be a thick enough to make small balls.
  • Keep kadai or deep bottom vessel on stove. Add oil in it and heat well.
  • Add small balls into it and fry till golden brown.
  • Serve with ketchup and tea.
