Ingredients

  • 1 - Carrot grated
  • 1 - Tomato finely chopped
  • 1 - Cucumber grated
  • 2 cups - tied curds
  • 2 - Green chillies slit
  • 2 tbsp - Peanut crush
  • 2 tsp - ground Sugar
  • 1/2 tsp - cumin powder
  • 1/2 tbsp - coriander finely chopped
  • 1/2 tsp - Mint leaves finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp - fresh beaten Cream
  • 1 tsp - oil
  • How to Make Kosambari:

    1. Beat curd till it is smooth and thick.
    2. Squeeze out water from cucumber.
    3. Heat oil, add chilli, pressed down with a spoon.
    4. Add to curd.
    5. Add all other ingredients, mix well.
    6. Chill for an hour before serving
    7. Serve chilled with parathas.
