  • 2 cup - whole Wheat flour
  • 1 cup - chopped Coriander leaves
  • 1 tbsp - cooking oil
  • 1/2 tsp - Cumin seeds
  • 1/2 tsp - crushed pepper Corn
  • salt, to taste
  • oil, to deep fry
  • How to Make Kothmir Puri:

    1. Take all the ingredients, except the oil, in a big bowl and mix well.
    2. Knead it into a medium-hard dough by adding water (approx. 1/2 cup) as required.
    3. Cover it with a lid or plastic wrap and let it rest for half an hour.
    4. Divide the dough into 30-35 balls of equal size.
    5. Roll them out to make a round 4-inch in diameter and of medium thickness.
    6. Heat oil in a deep-frying pan on low heat and drop 4-5 puris at a time.
    7. Flip them around and fry till they are golden and crisp on both sides.
    8. Take them out on absorbent paper and cool them down to room temperature.
    9. Store them in an air-tight container.
