  • 1-2 -coconuts
  • 4 cups -flour
  • 4 - eggs (yolks only)
  • A little butter

How to Make Kulkuls for Kids

  • Scrape the coconuts and extract the milk.
  • Mix the flour, egg yolks and butter and add the coconut milk to form stiff dough.
  • Knead well, adding butter as you knead to form a soft dough.
  • Keep covered for 15 minutes.
  • Then, taking small balls of the dough, shape over a comb or a fork to form curls.
  • Fry in hot oil till light brown.
