Ingredients

  • 1 cup - kuttu ka atta
  • 1 cup - chopped Spinach (palak)
  • 1 tbsp - Dalia
  • 1 tbsp - sesame seeds
  • 1 - green chilli, chopped
  • oil for shallow frying
  • 1/2 tsp - salt

How to Make Kuttu Ka Poora

  • Mix ingredients with water into a pouring consistency.
  • Do not add oil.
  • Heat a non-stick pan or dosa tava.
  • Pour some oil and pour out 1 tbsp of the mix at a time and spread evenly.
  • Make a thin layer.
  • Cook both sides and serve with pickle.
