  • 1 cup - rice flour
  • 1 - small onion
  • 2 - small chillies
  • 1/2 tsp - jeera
  • 1/2 tsp - mustard
  • 1 to 1.25 cup - water
  • Salt

How to Make Kuttupindi

  • Heat a pan on stove, add about 2 tsp of cooking oil, and then add jeera and mustard seeds. Add chillies and onion and then add water.
  • Add flour after water has boiled. Do not mix water and flour at this time.
  • Let it cook for 4-5 minutes.
  • Now mix water and flour together. Leave it on the stove for 3-4 minutes.
  • Serve it hot. You can also add milk to it while eating.
