How to Make Laddu Delight

  • Fry the rava in a frying pan along with 1/2 cup ghee or Dalda till you smell a good aroma.
  • Fry cashew nuts in ghee lightly.
  • Grind the rava into a fine powder.
  • Grind sugar into fine powder.
  • Mix rava and sugar powder, then add cashew nuts, elaichi and kismis.
  • Pour ghee a little at a time and prepare delicious laddus.
