Ingredients

  • 250 g - ladies finger
  • 2.5 cups -yogurt
  • 3/4 tsp - chilli powder
  • How to Make Lady's Finger Raita:

    1. Cut the ladyfinger into small round pieces.
    2. Heat oil and add seasoning and fry ladyfinger.
    3. Add chilli powder.
    4. After it is cooked, add beaten yogurt and salt.
    5. Garnish with coriander leaves.
