Ingredients

  • 1 quart- Milk
  • 250g-sugar
  • 3- eggs, beaten
  • 1 tsp- Cardamom powder
  • 1/2 tsp- grated Nutmeg
  • 2 tsp- vanilla essence
  • 1 tbsp- rose water
  • 10- almonds, blanched and sliced
  • How to Make Lagan Nu Custard(with Eggs):

    1. Boil the milk and sugar on slow heat and bring it down to half the quantity.
    2. Let it cool.
    3. Add the blended eggs, vanilla essence, rose water and cardamom powder.
    4. Put it in baking dish and mix in grated nutmeg and almonds.
    5. Bake at 350 degree Fahrenheit for 40 to 50 mins, until the top is golden brown.
    6. Cool and refrigerate.
    7. Cut into pieces and serve.
