  • 1 quart- milk
  • 250g-sugar
  • 3- eggs, beaten
  • 1 tsp- cardamom powder
  • 1/2 tsp- grated nutmeg
  • 2 tsp- vanilla essence
  • 1 tbsp- rose water
  • 10- almonds, blanched and sliced

How to Make Lagan Nu Custard(with Eggs)

  • Boil the milk and sugar on slow heat and bring it down to half the quantity.
  • Let it cool.
  • Add the blended eggs, vanilla essence, rose water and cardamom powder.
  • Put it in baking dish and mix in grated nutmeg and almonds.
  • Bake at 350 degree Fahrenheit for 40 to 50 mins, until the top is golden brown.
  • Cool and refrigerate.
  • Cut into pieces and serve.
